I am 45 yr old, single with Macular Degeneration. IT has progressed to the point where I no longer feel it is safe to a drive a car. I now depend on public transportation or my feet. I also need Voca Rehab since i no longer can preform my prev job duties. Honestly, I am going out my mind where I live now which is Modesto, Ca. Any advice I will appreciate. I have a counselor with Voca REhab here in Calif who is not doing her job and I feel that the rug has been pulled out from underneath me.
