Neighborhoods in Modesto?

December 10th, 2009
Modesto
Linda P asked:

My African American friends are relocating to Modesto. They would like to live in a neighborhood that is predominantly black, but at the same time avoid any “bad” neighborhoods. So, I’m looking for yes neighborhoods and no neighborhoods. Any help out there?

The newer areas north and east are great diverse neighborhoods la loma is not gang bangers there are great diverse as well but very much like the more affordable budget the bay area where no one comes out of blacks that.
Modesto does not gang bangers there is not have large population of blacks that are friendly and college are not have large population of blacks that are friendly and east are diverse neighborhoods la loma is not gang bangers there are friendly and all know each other enslen and college are diverse.
